This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience within complex care, to join a leading healthcare provider as a Lead Nurse.



This role is based in the community, however it's not essential that you have community experience as full training will be given.You will have clinical accountability for comlex care clients on your caseload and oversee a team of Nurses and Carers working within the complex care packages so excellent communication skills is essential.



As the Lead Nurse you will also be responsible for assessing the clients needs and risks and devise detailed care plans that are regularly evaluated.



As this is a regional role, you will need to have your own transport, however there is an excellent car allowance included in the salary package plus 25p per mile mileage.
