RGN/RNA - Garmouth, Inverness Salary: From £11.65/hr 'I love being able to help others, no matter how little' Allied Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Nurse Adult (RNA) to work in Garmouth and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment providing care and support within a home setting. A minimum of 6 months post registration experience will be required. Duties; ?To provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to a client in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies. ?Supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the person we support. ?Conducting risk assessments. Successful candidates should have; ?Staff mentoring experience. ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?Confident and positive approach to work. ?Strong team player and have a flexible and enthusiastic manner. ?Excellent attention to detail. ?Previous Band 6 or equivalent employment history. ?Previous complaint handling experience. ?Car Driver with own transport.
