About the Role


We are looking to recruit a dedicated Administrator to join our established team and provide full administration support to the Branch Manager and Branch Consultants.


This is a dynamic and varied role, where you will actively process all payroll and timesheet requirements, complete data entry of information on to the relevant databases and provide statistics from the databases when required.


To be a Branch Admin Consultant you will need to possess the following skills;



  • Computer Literate

  • Strong Literacy skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and support the branch team

  • Ability to produce work of a high standard and within a specific time frame

  • Good communication skills both face to face and via telephone

  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise and organise workload

  • Good documentation skills with attention to details


You will need to be self motivated and enthusiastic with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar administration role with a desire to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role.
