Sanctuary Social Care currently has a locum job vacancy for a Team Manger to work for an intake and assessment team based in Cardiff. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £35 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Raising standards and improving efficiency of the services
- Initiating and completing care proceedings
- Working with health and re-enablement models of work
- Supporting staff who are carrying out support planning and social care reviews
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within social work and be HCPC registered. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a team manager within an intake and assessment.
