Sanctuary Social Care has a locum job vacancy in Rochdale for a Social Worker to work within a first response team. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £15-18 per hour depending on experience (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Completing initial assessments
- Working with children and families on a child in needs basis
- Preparing reports for case conferences
- Chairing and arranging core group meetings
- Undertaking section 47 child protection investigations
Requirements:
All applicants must have a degree within social work and be HCPC registered. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working with court work and care proceedings.
