Experienced Care Coordinator – Woking

Care Coordinator – Woking Carewatch is one of the UK’s leading providers of home care. Carewatch Care Services are now looking to recruit a full time Care Coordinator to work within their busy offices in Rayners Lane. Duties will include:

  • To Send out weekly rotas to care workers

  • To cover carers shifts on the roster system and ensure all care calls are allocated to a carer

  • To maintain an accurate and up to date staff rota, anticipating Service User requirements

  • To ensure Service Users and their representatives are kept up to date regarding any changes to rotas and staffing

  • To ensure that all the carers have all the clients documentation required before starting work

  • To ensure that carers, when given shifts, are in receipt of the necessary information

  • Overall supervision of care workers and Field Supervisors

  • To take new telephone enquiries from prospective clients

  • To participate in and assist with the recruitment of the highest quality carers

  • To maintain and update client and carer databases with relevant information

  • To input all holidays for carer into the system

  • To manage all documentation from local authority and private clients

  • Assist with carer payroll runs

  • To organise care worker training, as required, accordingly


The successful applicant will have an outgoing and vibrant personality with strong administration skills. You must also have great attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Familiarity with MS Office and a care background would be advantageous.
