Position: Deputy Manager / Unit Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £35,000



I am currently working with a care village based in Manchester that provides Nursing and Residential care. They really offer a unique approach to providing the highest levels of care to their residents and they have created a very strong reputation within their local community for the way they work.



I am looking for a Deputy Manager / Unit Manager to oversee the day to day running of the care service. You will have a number of responsibilities including; managing you team of nurses and support staff, conducting supervisions and appraisals, talking part in and organising monthly meetings and providing the highest levels of care to all service users.



You will be joining a warm, friendly team and an organisation that really values its staff.
