One of the UK's largest providers of specialist services in, mental health rehabilitation and forensic step down service is looking for a dedicated Unit Manager (RMN).

Salary - £38000- £45000

Hours - Full time

Location - North London

Job Role

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Unit Manager who is a team player, with experience and a proven background within mental health. This is a key position for an innovative professional Nurse to work closely with the Hospital Manager. Essentially, you should have excellent clinical knowledge in the required field, communication skills and a passion to work with this client group.

Full induction training is given. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in the profession and, just like our service users, you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support.

Candidate Profile

Candidates will need a current NMC Pin (RMN). Candidates should have a sound working knowledge surrounding valuing lives and can provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff, ensuring all social and health needs of the patients are met. Previous management experience is essential and candidates should have first class knowledge of CQC outcomes and the Mental Health Act.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable, having the confidence to make decisions and manage the unit in the absence of the Hospital Manager. A hands on approach is required ensuring the best possible care is provided to the patients.
