Our client currently has a locum job vacancy for a practice consultant to work within an early intervention team based in Hounslow. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £24.08 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties include:
- Developing packages of care to meet identified needs
- Managing complex cases
- Providing advice and guidance to staff on safeguarding issues
- Preparing and presenting reports to multi-agency conferences and meetings
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, all applicants must have a degree (or similar) within social work and be registered with the HCPC. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
