Recent Experience Managing Residential/Respite Home for Adults (MH/LD) and RMA/NVQ4/QCF 5 or above needed

Our client is a fully compliant Residential Home for the Adults with Mental Health Issues and/or Learning Difficulties. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can 'hit the ground running' to run their fully Compliant small/medium sized Residential/Respite Home for Adults (LD/MH). Ideally you will have good experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ 4 - Care Management/RMA/QCF 5.



No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care

Qualifications:

NVQ 4 - Care Management or above

RMA

QCF 5 - Care Management

Ideally Previously CQC Registered as a Manager

Salary/Benefits:

Around £28,000/yr
