Recent Experience Managing Residential Home for the Elderly and RMA/NVQ4/QCF 5 or above needed

Our client is a fully compliant Residential Home for the Elderly, some with Dementia. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can 'hit the ground running' to run their fully Compliant medium sized Residential Home for the Elderly, some with Dementia. Ideally you will have good experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ 4 - Care Management/RMA/QCF 5.



No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care

Qualifications:

NVQ 4 - Care Management or above

RMA

QCF 5 - Care Management

Ideally Previously CQC Registered as a Manager

No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care





Salary/Benefits:

Around £30,000/yr
