Kare Plus is a fast expanding company and is looking for an ambitious individual to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing business supplying temporary and permanent staffing solutions nationwide.

Based in our head office in Wolverhampton, you will be responsible for the placement of permanent staffing, in both external and internal positions. You will also be expected to be able to generate new external vacancies and build lasting relationships with clients.

We would expect an individual who has quality at the heart of what they do, the successful candidate must share our values and beliefs and in addition we will be looking for the following;

- Adaptability into the KarePlus company

- to be able to stay focused and work positively under pressure

- passion and drive for recruitment

- extensive recruitment experience - excellent communication and listening skills

Agreed incentive targets will be set on interview for achieving monthly recruitment targets.
