About the role

You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone

You will support the Home Manager and Administrator in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines

With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.

Who we're looking for

You will have worked as a receptionist before, so understand how important first impressions are. You will have experience in giving excellent customer service and have a professional and friendly manner over the telephone and face to face.

About the Home

Heathbrook House is a new, purpose-built nursing home in the pleasant residential area of Stoke Heath. It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of elderly residents. Modern and comfortable with a homely atmosphere, Heathbrook House offers high-qualify care including nursing and residential care, convalescence, palliative care and respite. It also specialises in care for those with dementia and Parkinson's disease.
