Registered Nurse RGN Andover £15 per hour In Touch Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a highly respected care organisation to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse RGN for their reputable nursing home in Andover. The successful candidate will be a motivated Registered Nurse RGN who is passionate and committed to delivering the highest level of person centred care at all times. We are searching for an individual who has current experience caring for older people with nursing needs, ideally within a nursing home, however all nursing backgrounds will be considered. The role will include, updating and evaluating care plans, administering medication, wound care and leading a team of care staff to ensure resident needs are met in a professional and caring manner. We are therefore searching for an individual who is clinical competent with good leadership skills to take on this rewarding role of Registered Nurse. Candidates who apply must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RGN. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 44 hours per week, on a rotational basis. An excellent hourly rate of £15 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
