Leadership Development Co-ordinator HOME BASED Covering locations across the North of England & Scotland Salary up to £30,000 per annum car allowance/company car We are recruiting a Trainer for a Leadership Development role for a national organisation who provide care for individuals with differing and complex needs. The company has services nationally so you need to be prepared to travel to undertake your services training staff for this role across the North of the UK and Scotland. As part of this role you will effectively take a lead in delivery of all management training throughout the Company, from the redesign of the manager's inductions to programmes for existing managers. You will have experience of project managing a variety of learning interventions using specific approaches including e-learning. In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver learning solutions to up to 250 managers based throughout North England and Scotland, delivering engaging high quality learning. The managers are fundamental to the company's success in delivering great care so enabling our people to inspire, lead, recruit, engage and develop is key. Self-motivated you will be driven to achieve results. You will use your experience of leading teams, working in a multi-site business and influencing skills to create business buy-in in to new and existing initiatives. Ideally you will hold a qualification in relevant fields such as management, training/HR, coaching or psychometrics. Experience in the Learning Disabilities field would be a major advantage. You must be a skilled, experienced coach/ trainer with good commercial acumen. As this post involves commuting within a defined geographical area, the post holder will hold a full driving licence, be flexible and prepared and able to travel regularly. Although this position is home based the nature of the role requires a lot of time away from this base so a flexible approach to working hours is required.
