Service Details: We are currently recruiting for a beautiful care home based in Norfolk. The home offers dedicated care for people with a physical disability, specialising in care for people with multiple sclerosis. This purpose built, single storey home was opened in 1989 and has built up an enviable reputation in both the local and wider community for its high quality care.
Key responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be motivated, friendly and a "Team player with a 'can do' attitude!" The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Deputy Manager, however those currently in leadership positions seeking a "step up" may also be considered. Leadership and managerial qualifications are desirable, however as a company, they offer many outlets for personal and career development.
