Staff Nurse (RGN) - Elderly Nursing Home - Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire £15.30 - £16.30 per hour This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Staff Nurse (RGN) who is looking for a permanent opportunity in a prestigious Elderly Nursing Home in South Oxfordshire This is a luxury, elderly nursing home considered one of the top in the region. You will be responsible for leading a shift to ensure excellent standards of care are delivered; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care. The role is ideal for a nurse who relishes a challenge, enjoys working in a busy nursing home environment and who constantly strives to ensure high standards and procedures are in place. As Staff Nurse (RGN) you will be responsible for: -Ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing the resident's needs and wishes -Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs. -Communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders. -Promoting high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
