You will be responsible for leading a shift to ensure excellent standards of care are delivered; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care. As Staff Nurse (RGN) you will be responsible for: -Ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing the resident's needs and wishes -Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs. -Communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders. -Promoting high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
