Deputy Manager RGN Andover £16 per hour An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the management team within a reputable nursing home situated in Andover. Working on behalf of a quality focused, reputable care home provider, In Touch Recruitment is searching for a passionate and quality focused Deputy Home Manager to join the team and support the Home Manager with the day to day management of this nursing home in Andover. Working alongside the Home Manager, the role will include leading and directing a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to ensure the service is compliant and meets CQC expectations. The role will also include clinical management, auditing of processes and liaising with GP’s, community teams and external bodies, therefore excellent clinical and communication skills are required. A nursing qualification RGN is required for this role along with an active NMC pin number. Candidates, who apply, must have current experience working in a supervisory position (Senior Nurse / Unit Manager/ Deputy Manager) within an elderly nursing home. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent hourly rate of £16 per hour along with on-going training and support to ensure success within the role.
