Deputy Home Manager Fareham - Hampshire £18.50 per hour In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused care provider to recruit a clinically confident Deputy Home Manager for their well-established nursing home in Fareham. The Nursing Home provides 24 hour nursing and residential care to older people and specialist nursing care to individuals with high dependency and complex nursing needs. Working alongside the Home Manager, the role will include leading and directing a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to ensure the service is compliant and meets CQC expectations. The role will also include clinical management, auditing of processes and liaising with GP’s, community teams and external bodies, therefore excellent clinical and communication skills are required. A nursing qualification RGN is required for this role along with an active NMC pin number. Candidates, who apply, must have current experience working in a supervisory position ideally within a nursing home and be clinically competent in areas such as Tracheostomy care, Catheterisation, Venepuncture, Cannulation, PEG / NG / RIG feeding and Syringe Drivers. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 42.75 hours per week. An excellent hourly rate of £18.50 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
