Job Title: Dementia Unit Lead (RGN / RMN)
Location: Derby
Salary: Circa £15 per hour
Permanent, Full Time Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Nurse to work within the Dementia unit of a private nursing home in Derby. This home provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for 70 elderly residents, some requiring general elderly nursing as well as the more specialist Dementia unit. This home has recently been refurbished and offers a supportive environment for its residents as well as excellent working conditions and superb managerial support.
We are looking for enthusiastic Registered General Nurses and Registered Mental Health Nurses who are passionate about Dementia care. The successful candidate will be in charge of the Dementia unit, supervising a small care team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided. Experience in management or supervision experience is essential. Full training will be provided as well as a comprehensive induction.
