Our client currently has a locum job vacancy for a social worker to work within a adults hospital team based in Watford. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £26 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties include:
- Working towards effective discharge planning and reducing delays in the discharge process for people fit to leave hospital
- Undertaking complex assessments and reviews
- Arranging and reviewing care and support plans
- Liaising with a team of social workers
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, all applicants must have a degree (or similar) within social work and be registered with the HCPC. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
