Nursing Home Manager Esher, Surrey circa £45,000 per annum In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused national care home provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the lead of a medium sized nursing home situated in Esher that provides 24 hour care to older people with long-term nursing, convalescence, respite and palliative care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service and will be at the forefront in providing direction to the team and ensuring the success and stability of the home. This senior role does require an individual who has a proven background in managing a nursing home and someone who can demonstrate current commercial and business knowledge. The role will include financial management, marketing and driving standards forward within the service, therefore a sound understanding of current CQC legislations and care regulations is essential along with the ability to delegate responsibilities throughout the team in a positive and proactive manner. Candidates who apply must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and have current experience working as a Registered Manager of an elderly nursing home. This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary circa £45,000 plus additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
