Medacs Healthcare are looking for experienced and confident support workers who have experience supporting those with Autism. This role will be to support a gentleman to access community services and support his daily needs. Ideally you will have experience supporting on a 1:1 basis, and to able to diffuse situations before they arise. You will be able to recognize triggers, be confident with medication and work toward person centred care. We are looking for support workers who are able to arrange and suggest new activities, and encourage our service user to try new experiences.
