We are actively looking for experienced Theatre Scrub Nurses to work for a leading private hospital in the Merseyside area.

We are looking for a scrub nurse who has solid Orthopaedic experience to join the hospitals dedicated theatre team.

The successful candidate will; be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated with a variety of experience within Theatres. It is essential that you have strong orthopaedic experience in either minor or major cases. Procedures that you will be involved in will include; upper and lower limb; Shoulder, foot, hand, hip, knee etc...

You will need to be capable and confident, with the ability to work on your own initiative, be able to demonstrate effective organisational skill and be able to work as part of a small dedicated team.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you are a qualified NMC Registered Nurse with solid experience assisting in all aspects of scrub nursing through a variety of orthopaedic specialities.

It would be an advantage if you have your Advanced Scrub Practitioner qualification along with experience in anaesthetic and recovery, however it isn't essential.

You should have sound verbal and written communication, along with being flexible and adaptable, and willing to change to meet the needs of the business

Shifts will cover Monday - Saturday, 8am - 9pm depending on the needs of the business so flexibility is essential.
