Clinical Lead - Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered General Nurse (RMN or RGN) - Nursing Home - between Sidmouth and Axminster, South Devon - salary up to £33,000 per annum. You will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with Senior Nurse experience or looking for an exciting new senior role in an Elderly Nursing Home between Sidmouth and Axminster, South Devon. The home has exceptional facilities having been renovated to provide a state of the art luxury nursing home setting and was rated highly in the last CQC inspection. Within the role you will be undertaking the following duties: - Providing and supervising the delivery of high standards of care to residents with the nursing home - Undertaking supervision of all staff in your team to ensure safe and high quality practice - Executing all nursing functions and supporting teams through providing adequate levels of care to clients - Managing junior staff and coordinating the work of others involved in caring for the patient.
