Staff Nurse - Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) Residential Home / Nursing Home, North Devon up to £12.94 per hour on days and £14 per hour at nights You will be a Staff Nurse Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), seeking a permanent opportunity in an Elderly Nursing and Residential Home in North Devon. My client will consider newly qualified staff nurses and are willing to help you complete your preceptorship. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified nurse as my client offers to help you complete your preceptorship as well as offering ongoing training through the in house qualifed nurse teacher. The home has exceptional facilities having been renovated to provide a state of the art luxury nursing home setting and was rated highly in the last CQC inspection. As a Staff Nurse you will work 3 long days a week. Within the role you will be undertaking the following duties: - Providing and supervise the delivery of high standards of care to residents with the nursing home - Undertaking supervision of all staff in your team to ensure safe and high quality practice - Administering medication and monitoring and observing for any side effects. -Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans. -Using interpersonal skills to reassure distressed clients and communicating with relatives. - Dealing with residents with complex needs You will have: - Experience in a similar setting - A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification - Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK If you would like to apply for this position or require further details please contact James on 0161 234 9785 or email j.lewis@liquidpersonnel.com
