Description: Our client is a leading care provider for people with learning disabilities, and other complex conditions!
They are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager who will lead and develop a portfolio of services, you will provide professional expertise to your team of Managers. Commercially focused and able to offer guidance and advice, you should be committed to quality assurance and to developing and expanding the business, directing and encouraging your managers to identify suitable opportunities to provide support in the local community.
Person Spec: A clear understanding of the learning disability sector is required along with experience of liaising with local authorities and an extensive working knowledge of relevant care standards/legislation. You will be motivated with the ability to maintain close links with professionals and possess well developed financial and people management skills. Furthermore, you will have sound business acumen, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage change.
You must hold a current nursing qualification and ideally have paediatric experience. You will maintain your own professional nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You should be as approachable, as reliable and as dedicated as they are, and you’ll be poised to hit the ground sprinting.
