Our client has a locum job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurseto work in Hampshire. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £24.56 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Assessing and coordinating care needs
- Planning and implementing evidence based care to a defined group of service users and their carers
- Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team
- Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users
- Implementing evidence based interventions
Requirements:
All applicants must be a qualified RMN, be registered with the NMC and have a valid, up to date pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
