Live In Care Assistant

Advantage Healthcare is looking for Live In Care Assistants to support a well respected gentleman who has suffered a Spinal Injury, and has a number of complex care requirements.

Bradford, £85.71 per day

We have been entrusted with the care of a friendly, family oriented gentleman, who is currently staying in hospital. He loves music, golf and is a real family man. He enjoys spending time with his two children and is involved with the local choir. Following a life changing road traffic accident, our client now has a C2 Spinal Injury and Tetraplegia. This can cause him to become confused at times, and has resulted in complex care requirements such as tracheostomy, catheter care and bowel care. He would love nothing more than to return home to his wife, and with your skills and knowledge we can make this a reality.

You will be willing to undertake a live in role, and will work well as part of a team. You will have knowledge and experience of complex care requirements such as:

• Nippy ventilator


• Cough assist


• Tracheostomy


• Suctioning and chest physiotherapy


• Gastrostomy


• Catheter and Bowel care

We are looking for devoted Live In Care Assistants who can offer flexibility to complete the necessary training to ensure our client receives the care he deserves.
