Our client in Dorset has a locum job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurseto work with older adults. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £24-26 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
Being responsible for the flexible management of a defined caseload
Meeting the individual needs of clients and their carers
Recognising factors and events that are likely to affect the mental, emotional and physical well-being of clients/carers
Providing advice and support when required
Managing medication
Participating and organising the admission, discharge and transfer of clients
Requirements:
All applicants must be a qualified RMN, be registered with the NMC and have a valid, up to date pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within mental health.
