Social Worker - Adult Hospital
Our client in Poole has a locum job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within an adult hospital team. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £25 per hour depending on experience (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Undertaking assessments
- Completing care plans
- Arranging packages of care
- Facilitating discharge
- Maintaining accurate and full records of interventions with service users
Requirements:
All applicants must have a social work degree or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
