Our client has a locum job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurseto work in Manchester. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £23-26 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Ensuring that carers assessments, education and support is delivered in accordance with the requirements of the NSF
- Coordinating the care and assessment of a designated caseload
- Promoting carer and service user involvement within the service
- Implementing and coordinating evidence based care
- Identifying and meeting the needs of all patients
Requirements:
All applicants must be a qualified RMN, be registered with the NMC and have a valid, up to date pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
