Brambling Lodge is a 27 bed residential home that provides specialist care and support for people living with dementia. The home works hard to maintain a friendly, person centred approach which affords it's residents some normality during their ever changing journey through dementia. The Home currently has a vacancy for a Senior Night Care Assistant for three nights per week. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to directly improve the quality of life of the people in their care. Brambling Lodge is part of the 1st Choice Care Homes group. The Group prides itself in being one of the best employers in Kent within the care sector and has achieved the Investors in People Award. Ideally you will hold at least an NVQ2 or equivalent in care and have experience of working with people with dementia. However, full training will be provided.
