Salary: c. £35,000p/a
Description: Our client, a well-established private hospital and developing independent provider of Mental Healthcare services are now looking for Clinical Nurse Manager to join their rapidly expanding nursing teams to work within their treatment and recovery focused hospital.
You will have responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of clinical services. You will manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce through leadership, recruitment, selection, development and performance management processes.
We are seeking a confident and resilient professional who thrives on team working and who can balance quality and commercial considerations in reaching workable solutions. Are you a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience gained at a managerial level?
You will be working 37.5 hour week working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
Person Specification: All applicants must hold a first level qualification in Mental Health Nursing ( RMN ) or Learning Disabilities Nursing ( RNLD) within the UK, along with a current valid PIN
