Home Manager Farnborough, Hampshire up to £55,000 per annum In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused national care home provider to recruit a forward thinking Home Manager to oversee the operational management of a medium sized elderly nursing home situated in Farnborough, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager who has a strong and successful background managing and achieving positive CQC ratings within nursing homes that provide care to older people. Managing financial budgets, marketing and dealing with all personnel issues are aspects of the role and therefore someone with strong business acumen and flair will be ideal for this position. A nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and an active NMC pin number are required for this role, along with an industry recognised management qualification such as RMA, LMCS or equivalent. This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
