Salary: £15.00 - £16.50 per hour* Job Description Kare Plus is seeking an experienced Registered General/Mental Nurse to join our team in Leicester and surrounding areas. The RMN provides dynamic leadership to the support team while ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care and support. This critical leadership role requires an experienced RMN with initiative, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and good time management. Job Responsibilities As a RMN you will ensure that care and support is delivered in accordance with the needs and wishes of the customer. You will also be responsible for assisting the support manager in the development and maintenance of high quality person centred services by ensuring that staffing levels and skill mix is sufficient to meet customer’s needs. Job Requirements We are looking for proactive RMNs with the ability to work effectively alone or in a team. You must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
