Registered Nurse Manager (RGN) – Home Care



Registered Nurse Manager (RGN) - Home Care Leatherhead, Surrey (with regional travel) - £45,000 per annum. Role: Registered Nurse Manager (RGN) Home Care. Based: Leatherhead, Surrey (with regional coverage and travel) Salary: to £45,000 dependent on experience. We're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Registered Nurse Manager (RGN) to be the registered manager of an already thriving and very high-end home care service across Surrey and Surrounding area. The Registered Nurse Manager (RGN) will be liaising with not only very exclusive clients but also some very prominent people within the private health care sector so the right individual will have the confidence and acumen to do this in a professional and quality led manner. The role of the Registered Nurse Manager (RGN): - To take overall responsibility for all aspects of the running of the nursing and care services. - To lead the staff team in supporting people with a range of needs and disabilities to lead valued and fulfilling lives. - To develop and expand services. - To work in accordance with Belgravia's philosophy of care, it's Policies and Procedures and all relevant legislation. - Ensures effective person centred care plans, risk assessments to achieve outcomes and live fulfilling lives. Researches and recommends appropriate community facilities. - Responsible for ensuring clients receive appropriate support and maintain contact with their family and friends, to encourage social participation and travel. - Proactively manages the recruitment of high quality staff and the induction, supervision, development, performance management and training of Care staff. - Establishes and manages staffing. - Responsible for ensuring staff and clients are able to access appropriate support and advice. - Ensures staff are aware of and comply with, the Company's Policies and Procedures. - Facilitates regular staff meetings, maximising opportunities for clients to become actively involved. - Promotes positive internal communication and supportive working relationships with staff and external parties - Attends external meetings including contract meetings, MDT meetings and review meetings. - Ensures that all budgets are strictly adhered to. - Completes regular Health & Safety monitoring and risk assessments.
