Home Manager - Elderly Nursing Home Northwood up to £55,000 per annum plus benefits In Touch Recruitment is proudly working on behalf of a national care home provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager to oversee the management of a large nursing home situated in Northwood. This large, modern nursing home in Northwood provides 24 hour care to older people with nursing and specialist care needs. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who has a proven and successful track record working as a Registered Home Manager of an elderly nursing home. We are searching for someone who is confident in leading and managing large staff teams and has an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of CQC and current care legislations. Managing budgets and dealing with all personnel issues are aspects of the role and therefore someone with strong business acumen and a commitment to quality standards will be ideal for this position. Candidates, who apply, must have a proven background working as a Registered Manager of an elderly nursing home. A nursing qualification RGN or RMN will be highly advantageous, however not essential. This is a full time permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £55,000 along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
