The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of the home and ensure quality compliance and efficiency at all times. With excellent leadership skills, you will direct and motivate the staff team to achieve best possible outcomes within the home. This role does require an individual to be registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) along with current experience working as a Home Manager. Experience managing financial budgets, marketing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external authorities is essential for this role. This is a full time, permanent Home Manager role and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £45,000 along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
