Home Manager (RMN) - Nursing Home - Cheshire - Salary to £40,000 per annum plus annual performance related bonus. You will currently be a Nursing Home Manager (RMN) who is looking for a permanent opportunity in an mental health nursing Home or a senior staff nurse (RMN) who is ready to take their first step into management. You will have extensive experience within a similar environment, as either a home manager or senior staff nurse and have a basis of management and leadership skills to draw upon in the role. My client have a number of services across the north west and this a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager (RMN) or Senior Staff Nurse (RMN) who is interested in progression and development in their career. This particular nursing Home in Cheshire, is in beautiful surroundings and offers a caring mental health service to elderly people, some with dementia. This mental health nursing home is fully compliant however the ideal candidate will have experience of managing a home where they have had to lead a team to develop a home making this a role for someone who is looking for a challenge. As Nursing Home Manager (RMN) you will be responsible for: - Establishing and maintaining high standards in all other resident centred services such as day care, specialist units and general activities as appropriate - Monitoring standards on a routine and systematic basis - Ensuring that all standards required by registering and regulatory and other statutory bodies are met - Keeping up to date with current philosophies of care and promote modern practices - Acting in a professional manner at all times and to uphold the NMC code of professional conduct - Ensuring that complaints are dealt with promptly, professionally and sympathetically in accordance with the Trust's complaints policy - Ensuring that complaints are dealt with promptly, professionally and sympathetically in accordance with the Trust's complaints policy - Abiding by and ensuring all staff adhere to the Trust's Quality Policies and Procedures - Monitoring resident dependency on a monthly basis As Nursing Home Manager (RMN) you will have: - RMN Qualification and current registration with the NMC - Experience in working with elderly people with dementia - Previous managerial experience To apply for this exciting opportunity, please send your CV to: k.smith@liquidpersonnel.com or call Kieran on: 0161 235 6822.
