Purposely built, this large nursing home in Clapham, London provides 24 hour care to older people with dementia and nursing needs. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who has a proven and successful track record working as a Registered Home Manager of an elderly nursing home. We are searching for someone who is confident in leading and managing large staff teams and has an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of CQC and current care legislations. Managing budgets and dealing with all personnel issues are aspects of the role and therefore someone with strong business acumen and a commitment to quality standards will be ideal for this position. Candidates who apply must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RGN and have current experience working as a Registered Home Manager of an elderly nursing home. This is a full time permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £45,000 along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
