Deputy Home Manager Croydon £35,000 - £40,000 per annum In Touch Recruitment is working in behalf of a quality focused national care home provider to recruit an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support the day to day management of a medium sized elderly nursing home situated in a residential area of Croydon. The role will be to support the Home Manager with the day to day operation of the nursing home whilst taking a clinical lead when supporting and managing the staff team. Experience managing a staff team and working within a supervisory position in an elderly nursing home is required. Essential Requirements • Actively registered with the NMC (RGN or RMN) with an active pin number • Current experience working in a supervisory position in an elderly nursing home • Clinically competent with strong leadership and communication skills • Good understanding of CQC and the minimum care standards • Experience caring for older people with dementia, nursing and residential care needs This is a full time, permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from an excellent salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
