Home Manager Wimbledon, London £50,000 per annum plus benefits In Touch Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with one of the UKs leading care home providers to recruit an experienced, forward thinking Home Manager to take the lead of a large elderly nursing home situated in Wimbledon. This large service in Wimbledon provides 24 hour care to older people with dementia, nursing, residential and palliative care needs. There is a lot of room for growth within this service; we are therefore searching for an experienced Home Manager who enjoys a challenge and developing services to reach maximum potential. This senior role does require an individual who has a proven background in managing a large elderly nursing home and someone who can demonstrate current commercial and business knowledge. The role will include financial management, marketing and driving standards forward within the service, therefore a sound understanding of current CQC legislations and care regulations is essential along with the ability to delegate responsibilities throughout the team in a positive and proactive manner. Candidates who apply must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and have current experience working as a Registered Manager of an elderly nursing home This is a full time, permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
