Nursing Home Manager Bridgend £50k - £55k per annum In Touch Recruitment is proudly working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading care home providers to recruit an experienced Home Manager to oversee the management of a 60 bedded nursing home that provides care and support to older people with nursing and residential care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service and will be at the forefront in providing direction and support to the team to ensure the stability and success of the home. This senior role does require an individual who has a proven background managing a nursing home and someone who can demonstrate current commercial and business knowledge. The role will include Financial Management, Marketing and driving standards forward within the home, therefore a good understanding of current CSSIW legislations is essential along with the ability to delegate responsibilities throughout the team in a positive and proactive manner. A nursing qualification and an active NMC Pin Number is required for this role along with a relevant management qualification, RMA, NVQ 4 or equivalent. This is a full time, permanent management role and the successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of up to £55,000 per annum - dependent upon skills and experience.
