Independent Reviewing Officer - Bexley Our client has a job vacancy for an Independent Reviewing Officer to work in Bexley. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is negotiable (limited company worker). Requirements: Have you got a social work degree or equivalent? Are you HCPC registered? Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualified experience working within a similar role? Duties: - You will be chairing Child Protection case conferences and strategy meetings. - You will be covering LADO enquiries. - You will be training staff in Child Protection and Looked After Children procedures. - You will be liaising with multi-agencies regarding the welfare of children. - You will be auditing case files and making recommendations with regards to child welfare. - You will be implementing policies and strategies to safeguard children.
