Home Manager Peterborough, Cambridgeshire £38k - £42k per annum In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused national care home provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager to provide effective management and support to a small elderly nursing home situated in Whittlesey in Peterborough. The successful candidate will provide support and direction to the staff team to ensure quality compliance and other associated legislations are adhered to and are consistently met to a high standard. Managing budgets and dealing with all personnel issues are aspects of the role and therefore someone with strong business acumen and flair will be ideal for this position. For this service, we are searching for a proactive individual who has a proven and successful career history working as a Registered Home Manager of an elderly nursing home. We are searching for someone who is confident in leading and managing staff teams and has an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of CQC and current care legislations. Candidates, who apply, must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse RGN and hold a relevant management qualification, such as Diploma Level 5, NVQ 4, RMA or equivalent. This is a full time, permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £42,000 - dependent upon skills and experience.
