Job Title: Registered Manager (Specialist Domiciliary Care) Nurse Qualified (RGN) or NVQ 4 / RMA Location: Suffolk You will be a Suffolk based Registered Manager (Specialist Domiciliary Care) - Nurse Qualified (RGN) or NVQ 4 / RMA with experience managing at this level within healthcare looking for an exciting new Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) - Nurse Qualified (RGN) or NVQ 4 / RMA position within a prestigious company rapidly growing in the Suffolk region The role of the Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) Nurse Qualified (RGN) - NVQ 4 / RMA: - To take overall responsibility for all aspects of the running of Suffolk Community Home Care Services. - To be the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager of a staff team in supporting people with a range of needs and disabilities to lead valued and fulfilling lives within their community. - To develop and expand services. To work in accordance with Community Home Care's philosophy of care, it's Policies and Procedures and all relevant legislation. - Take responsibility for domiciliary services, including the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained and adhering to all requirements and regulations (e.g. CQC). - Continually monitors and evaluates the quality of the service and implements identified improvements to ensure the most effective use of resources. - Serves as the registered domiciliary care manager.
